Our principal, owner, and visionary, Joseph, has had a passion for real estate for over 20 years. From foreclosures to retail, new builds to land development, he has completed well over 5,000 transactions since starting his career.

Joseph was born in Portland OR and grew up in Vancouver WA, where he began his finance and real estate career at the age of 22.

In the early years, he was one of the largest foreclosure buyers at the courthouse steps, and that experience enabled him to solve complex title issues and real estate problems that come up in today’s market. Joseph truly finds joy in helping others solve their real estate issues.

Joseph loves the outdoors, camping, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two girls on the Oregon Coast.

As the Integrator, Nikki is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring efficient execution of business strategies. She’s recognized for her ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver results, and she inspires the PDX team to achieve their full potential.

After a career in commodity chemical production, she joined PDX Renovations to pursue her passion for real estate.

Nikki grew up in California and Southern Oregon, earned her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, and relocated to the Pacific Northwest with her family.

In her free time, she enjoys running, the outdoors, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her two children.

Cody is Pacific Northwest born-and-bred and spent his growing up years picking fruit, playing sports, and exploring the great outdoors.

He graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

After college, he began a career in retail store management and rose through the ranks.

He developed a strong interest in real estate after purchasing his home and made the switch to our team.

In his off time, Cody stays active, travels to new places, and enjoys crafting the perfect burger.

Logan has an entrepreneurial background and got his start as a real estate investor on his own.

He decided to join a team where he could gain knowledge and experience while enjoying the process with a company that has the reputation PDX Renovations has built.

Outside of work, Logan continues to learn more about the industry, and his main priority is giving clients the best possible outcome.

When he’s not working, he focuses on health and fitness, especially powerlifting-based training, and enjoys cooking American, Italian, Mexican, and Japanese food.

Chris is passionate about helping people get from where they are to where they want to be, often with a little help from real estate.

He brings a strong work ethic, a heart for service, and a commitment to treating people right.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted husband to his amazing wife Ashley and a proud dad to two awesome kids.

Whether he’s cheering them on at games, leading the school’s dad club, hitting the gym, volunteering at school events, or tackling home improvement projects, Chris brings energy and heart to everything he does.

At PDX Renovations, Chris helps families navigate their home-selling journey with respect, transparency, and care. He’s proud to be part of a team that puts people first and leads with integrity.

Andrew brings a decade of experience in real estate valuation as a market analyst and former appraisal assistant.

He combined his interest in real estate with his background in mathematics and joined our team after working with Zillow to expand his knowledge base while doing what he enjoys most: crunching numbers.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing cards and board games with friends and family, hiking, and reading a good book.

As Closing Coordinator, Stephanie brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of success.

Formerly serving as Vice President of Loan Management, she oversaw and closed more than $1 billion in loans, gaining deep expertise in the complexities of real estate transactions.

A proud Portland native, she’s passionate about contributing to the region’s real estate market and thrives on solving complex challenges to deliver smooth, professional client experiences.

Her extensive background supports efficient closings and helps clients and colleagues achieve their goals.

Gage worked in solution-based service industries for several years before finding a place where he could truly provide unique solutions.

At PDX Renovations, he believes he has done exactly that. You can count on Gage to take the time to understand your individual situation and needs.

When he isn’t working, Gage spends time with family, hikes, rock climbs, kickboxes, and works on mastering Jiu Jitsu.

He also enjoys reading and furthering his local Portland real estate education.

Matthew, born and raised in Portland, is a driven individual.

He graduated from Washington State University with a bachelors degree in Digital Technology and Culture, along with earning a Social Media Certificate.

He started his career as a Technical Recruiter in sales, then transitioned into real estate with PDX Renovations.

When he’s not working, Matthew enjoys staying active through workouts and basketball, spending time with loved ones, exploring different culinary experiences, listening to music, binge-watching shows, and continuously expanding his knowledge.

Jake is an adventurer at heart, always seeking the next great outdoor escape.

Whether it’s hiking, camping, or exploring scenic backroads on his motorcycle, he feels most alive when surrounded by nature.

Family is at the core of everything he does, and he cherishes time with his loved ones.

His love for motorcycles is more than a hobby. It’s a way of life and the perfect blend of adrenaline and serenity on the open road.

Garrett brings a wealth of management experience to the sales department, where his leadership skills and strategic mindset drive exceptional results.

Outside of work, he’s an avid diver who loves exploring the ocean.

Kona, born and raised on the Oregon Coast, prides himself on being a principle-based individual.

Graduating from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, he is self-driven and always hungry to learn.

Kona is an avid chess player and enjoys snowboarding, surfing, basketball, and reading in his free time.

He has two dogs and values time with family and friends above all else.

Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in real estate investing, digital marketing, and health and fitness, with a strong focus on relationships and trust.

She specializes in helping homeowners find creative, stress-free solutions, taking a thoughtful approach to each unique situation.

She brings 14 years of customer service experience and a background in management and operations, creating a reliable and organized process for every seller.
